Use of Website & General Terms

This website is owned and operated by Niraan. All content, product listings, visuals, and services provided through the website are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to use this website responsibly and lawfully. Any attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, access restricted areas, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity may result in immediate termination of access.

Niraan reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

By placing an order on the Niraan website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices displayed at the time of checkout. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Niraan.
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order using the payment methods available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and product information, errors may occur. In such cases, Niraan reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to dispatch.

Order Confirmation, Cancellation & Delivery

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be canceled only within a limited period before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location, availability, or external circumstances. Niraan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or factors beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

All purchases are subject to our Returns Policy. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us promptly with clear images for assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.

Product Care & Variations

Many Niraan products are thoughtfully crafted and may feature natural materials or hand-finished details. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and should not be considered defects.

Customers are responsible for following care and usage instructions provided with each product. Niraan is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.

Gift Cards, Store Credit & Promotions

Gift cards and store credits, where applicable, may only be redeemed on the Niraan website and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Validity periods will be clearly stated at the time of issue. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout to be valid. Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
